Shared how and with who? Using Exchange Server or the Internet or a home
network?  

Yes, you can easily create a new calendar...just go to File>New>Folder and
make a new folder and use the dropdown to tell Outlook it will contain
apointment items...that will make it a calendar.

But...sharing it is a whole other story and we need to know how you want to
share it.

We use Outlook 2000.  I have a personal calendar in Outlook.  Is it possible
to generate a second calendar to share for shared events and common meetings
