Michael,

Perhaps OT but...

Ahhh...  the  wonder  of  Novell  GroupWise 6.0 (v. Outlook). We can have
"appointments"  and  "posted  appointments"  as  well as granting other
users  "proxy access" to our calendars then querying all calendars for
which we have "proxy access" to find mutually available date/times for
"appointments."

I've never figured out how to all of those things with Outlook.
