Go into Outlook Express, into Tools, Accounts and delete the account. Never have used Outlook Express. Well I installed Office Professional on my brother's machine, set up everything, gave him a good little tutorial about Outlook, etc. Created rules and folders and recurring appointments, blah, blah, blah. Set up his wife as separate login on XP. Same for her. Imported all their stuff from a previous machine and from Outlook Express. Problem is that mail is still going to Outlook Express and not to Outlook. When he opens Outlook Express, it asks whether he wants to make it the default email client and he says no. What did I do wrong--how do I get Outlook Express out of the loop. To become aware of the possibility of the search is to be onto something. Not to be onto something is to be in despair.
