I think I have it now. When I read your recap in Andrews response, I
finally understood. When you select a date in the calendar, you need to
select the WEEK that the date is in. Hold the cursor so that you get the
slanted arrow at the beginning of the week and you will get the whole week
in the 7 day view.

When you are in calendar, go to View and select "7 Week" (It is below
Folder List on mine). I tried that and rebooted the machine and when I
opened the 7 day calendar was still there.
Sorry about the first answer, I was thinking email and just read your
question that way.
Hope this works for you.

Thanks, Jenny.
I tried your suggestion, but it appears to change the display of emails.
It's Calendar I want to change. When I'm viewing the Calendar, ' View >
Current View > Define Views' isn't available.
Just wanted to make sure you understood that it was the calendar I'm
trying to configure.
I tried 'View > Arrange By > Current View > Define Views' but didn't see
anything that affected the default 1-Day option.
Other ideas?

Yes,
In Outlook, go to View > Current View > Define Views. Click on "Last=20
Seven Days" and click "Apply View" and this should keep it for the=20
next time you login.
