[mso] Selecting images, pictures from the internet!

Hi All,

Can anyone on the list please advise me on how it might be possible for
someone to select images and pictures from the internet using keystrokes. I
would like this information for a blind friend.

the first time.  I have a client getting pretty antsy about this - I tried
to have him disable his modem but it's not showing up in the device manager,
