[mso] Section Manager Macro in Word2002

Hello All,

I am trying to implement the Section Manager macro as described in Bill Coan's 
article at http://pubs.logicalexpressions.com/Pub0009/LPMArticle.asp?ID=164

I have unzipped it into C:\Program Files\Microsoft 
Office\Office\STARTUP\SectionManager.dot but now I can't find it to execute 
it. I closed Word then re-opened it. I even rebooted my PC, but when I open 
any document, and click Tools | Macro | Macros..., the section Manager macro 
is not listed.

Dian Chapman's article about customizing a toolbar at 
http://www.mousetrax.com/toolbars.html tells how to add commands, but I still 
don't see how to find SectionManager.dot for appending it to my customized 
toolbar.
