Hi Robert,
No, that's not doable, I'm afraid.
Outlook requires it's messages stores (PST files) to be NOT marked 'read only',
and that's not possible on DVD/CD media.
But really, how big are your PST files? Are they really causing you to run low
on hard drive space? If so, you are probably better off shelling out for a
bigger drive than worrying about trying to access PST files from removable
media.
