[mso] Save My Settings Wizard

I just transferred my settings from Office XP between my old laptop and
new one.  This was painless and efficient.  I now need to transfer the
Office 2000 settings from my wife's desktop to my old laptop.  The only
settings wizard I'm finding for Office2K wants me to enter an email
address and upload the settings and apparently download them from the
new system.  

Has anyone done this?  Is there a better utility to transfer directly
without uploading to MS?
