Yes.  It is possible.  The easiest approach would be to put a button on the
first sheet which ran a macro to
        Copy the sheet
        Delete the old copy sheets
        Paste it to two new sheets
        Sort the new sheets as desired

However I do not think that is 'a good thing'

I would do one sheet set up as a table and use the little arrows at the top
of the columns to sort it as desired.  Then you are only using one set of
data and do not risk things getting confused.

If you wanted to you could have buttons which applied specified sorts to the
sheet.
