[mso] Re: Rounding rates to the nearest .05 or .00

  To do this in a spreadsheet... assuming that your value to be rounded is
in A1:  put this formula in B1: =INT(A1*20+0.5)/20

This will do 'round-off' to the nearest .05 .

Note that this only works on positive numbers.
