[mso] Rounding rates to the nearest .05 or .00

 
I need to increase a rate charge by 4%.  However, I want to round the rate
tothe nearest .00 or .05 cents.  For example, if the current rate is 36.41,
and increase of 4% would make it 37.86.  I would like that rate to round to
37.85.  But if the increased rate calculated to 37.89, I would like that
rateto round to 37.90.  Can anyone help me with this in Excel?
