[mso] Reviewing Toolbar-Powerpoint 2002

Anyone know why the reviewing Toolbar would not be available to someone
in Powerpoint 2002, when the rest of us have it? Is it related to the
Word or Excel reviewing Toolbar?  Is it part of an add-in or standard in
Office?  Using Office XP.
