OK...the poll has ended and here's the results (replies I received both on
and off list):

So that makes it official....the group's rules basically stay the same. You
can post anything you want as long as it pertains to Microsoft
Office....questions, problems, advice, AND OPINIONS.
Just keep it friendly and keep it related to Office.
Sorry for all the extra mail this generated...but since I only received four
unsubscribe requests during this, I assume people find the group valuable
enough to put up with something like this on rare occasion (those that felt
a need to whine about this thread should try to be a little more tolerant
and understand I RARELY do stuff like this unless I see it as necessary and
this time I did see it that way)
Also, my official apology for ending that thread about the Access/Excel
differences. I accept that I might have reacted too quickly, based on a
fear that flames might arise. So, anyone who wants to continue that thread,
please feel free to reopen it.
I'm heading off to northern Canada tomorrow, until June 20th. I will be
checking the mail once or twice a day to be sure all is well, tho I won't be
posting much myself, if at all. I REALLY need a break here. However, since
many autoresponders sent to this group are only sent to people who actually
post, I may not see them, so PLEASE someone send a post with LINDA in
capital letters in the subject line if they see anything that I should be
aware of and I will fix it as soon as I see the email. Please be patient
tho and realize I AM on vacation LOL
