Personally, I don't worry about it too much and just help the new students
customize as needed when they arrive. But I do ask the previous students to
hit Customize and click the RESET button to at least TRY to get some stuff
cleared.

Subject: [mso] Reset Training Computers
Does anybody work in a small training room.
I am training Microsoft Office applications, and currently work a procedure
where during demonstrations and exercises students make a change to settings
and then return the settings to their initial state. This works most of the
time, but not always.
I do not have direct access to servers and our IT department are so short of
staff they cannot give me any support in this matter.
What options do any of you that are trainers have to "Reset" your software
applications to a standard "Start status", bearing the above in mind.
Any help / guidance would be very much appreciated.
Regards
Norman Pearce
