[mso] Re: Reset Training Computers

Best tool ever created for this is to use virtual machines and don't save any 
changes made in the virtual machine when you shutdown.  Each student gets an 
exact copy of the "system" and if they mess it up, they simply shutdown their 
system and restart.  It's a good idea if the student data is kept on the host 
machine or on a host network, but you can also limit the amount of other 
activities that are allowed during the class.
   
  Incidentally the host machine in this scenario has only a limited amount of 
permissions allowed, but on the guest machine they can be a full admin or just 
a regular user.

and then return the settings to their initial state. This works most of the
time, but not always.

I do not have direct access to servers and our IT department are so short of

What options do any of you that are trainers have to "Reset" your software
applications to a standard "Start status", bearing the above in mind.
