[mso] Request to delete previous messages when responding to the group

When you respond to a previously posted message it would helpful to only 
include a bit of the previous message--just enough for us to understand what 
you are replying to. Otherwise the string of previous responses is posted along 
with yours over and over again, and it makes it very hard to read for those of 
us who have "digest" mode.
