[mso] Reconfiguring Outlook (2nd inquiry)

I am writing for a colleague. She has Outlook 2000. I'm working with her
via long distance telephone having her describe what she sees (and she
is not a technoid).

It does NOT have seem to have "accounts", but rather has "services".

And, there does not appear to be a way to specify, on an email by email
basis, which account to use.

I'm suspecting that her Outlook was configured other than as a pure pop3
installation.

1) Is it likely I'm right in my diagnosis?
2) How would I advise her to fix it?
