Hi Dian Sorry for a slightly late response, but try: If you need to select from a1 to z200. Ctrl+G to get to the GO to dialog box. Enter A1:Z200 then hit Enter. Hope this is as helpful as the Word tip I got from you. So in Word, I can hit say a question mark or some other keys...and then move to that location to select the area in question...like the period twice to go to the second period, etc. I assume there's some way to turn on EXT and hit some keys to GoTo a specific cell and thereby select all that area so I can then just hit Ctrl/C to copy blah, blah, blah.
