[mso] Question on SUMPRODUCT formula

I was using SUMIF on a monthly report using Excel 2003.
ex.
Column A: Month
Column B: Name
Column C: Amount
Column D: Target
=SUMIF(A:A,Data!B1,C:C)
Another condition was added, so I changed SUMIF to SUMPRODUCT
=SUMPRODUCT((A:A=Data!B1)*((B:B=Data!C1))*(D:D))
And this returned a #NUM error.
However, when I entered specific number to rows, correct data appeared on
the cell.
e.g., =SUMPRODUCT((A1:A20=Data!B1)*((B1:B20=Data!C1))*(D1:D20))
I cannot enter specific row numbers, as they change each month.
Is there any way of adding multiple conditions without specifying row
numbers?
Thank you for your help.
