He could set up an Excel Workbook for such a record. Each lawyer could have
their own worksheet (bearing their company name or surname-initials). The
summonses could then be entered in a diary format on each work sheet. He
would be able to name the column headings to fit the details on the summons
and enter the dates served in the first column (one summons per line).

My brother is a process server. He needs a program that would keep a list
of his clients (lawyers) and add new summonses to each lawyer's account as
