[mso] Re: Publisher 2003 - table cells - more

Having said that, it is possible in Publisher (as in Word and Excel) to
select the whole table and resize the rows and columns all together by
dragging just one border.

If you want your sizes to stay fixed, make sure that you deselect Grow to
Fit Text in the Table menu!
