[mso] Re: Problem with "find and replace" option in Excel

Very difficult (aka impossible) to know what you're doing based on such 
limited information.

What EXACTLY are you doing and what EXACTLY are the results?

Look for a relatively straightforward user error in the find / replace. 
E.g. set to values when it should be formulas or vice versa, or simply a 
change to a bad value.

BTW, find/replace should not actually put #ref into a cell.  Have a look at 
what's in the cells that are showing #ref.  Some are probably pointing to 
other cells that are already showing #ref.  Others will probably have 
invalid formulas in them.  These will be the ones that will point you to 
where your edit is going wrong.
