[mso] Problem with New Blank Document

At some point I created a document with an inserted image which has now 
become our new blank document.  Every time I open a new doc, I now have to 
cut that image before I can start with a blank page.  I'm not sure how I did 
it, and nothing I have done to fix it has worked.  Does anyone have a 
suggestion about what to do?
