In Excel 2007 you copy the area you want then while holding the Shift button
down select Paste/As Picture/Past Picture Link.
You can also use the Camera utility within Excel 2007 and 2003. I cannot
remember where the camera is in 2003 but if you customise your toolbars you
should be able to find it.
I don't have access to Excel 2003 tonight but will look it up tomorrow.
