Peter and Diane,
I have found, at least with the email side of things, that you are much
better off opening Access and linking to the Outlook/Exchange file. When
you export from Outlook some of the data is omitted, however, when you link
from Access, you get everything and can actually pick and choose what you
want to copy into another table if you choose to.

Hi Diane,
I fooled around with the export feature this morning to see if I find =
anything that would help you.
I highlighted the address book I wanted to export. Then go to FILE, =
IMPORT/EXPORT, then EXPORT TO A FILE... and it gives you a list of =
formats. I choose a few different formats like comma delimited, tab =
delimited, Text - Dos, Text - Windows.
All the above formats can be opened with "Note Pad", but the data is =
scattered all over the place and by no means ready for printing.
Well. Since Outlook is NOT my forte, there might be a better way, but =
this is what I would do.
If you do not have "MS Access" on your computer, then read no further. =
You'll have to let someone else help you.
If you DO have MS Access..... you're in business!
I would export the address book in MS Access format. Open the MDB file =
that was created. Then, (even if you have absolutely no knowledge of how =
to run MS Access) click the "Reports" tab and do an "auto report".
One second later... POOF...The result is fantastic! A real NICE report =
all paginated correctly with real nice fancy headers and columns and the =
whole nine yards. To someone who didn't know any better, it would look =
like you spent hours designing such a document. You could even impress =
the boss. After the report is done, you can do whatever you like. Email =
it, Fax it, Print it etc. It may sound like a big "to do" but the whole =
process is about 8 clicks and takes about one or two minutes from start =
to finish.
Like I said, I know next to nothing about Outlook, but I do know a tad =
about Access. Most likely, someone here will come up with 2 or 3 clicks =
in Outlook to achieve your goal, but I'll bet it won't look as good.

Subject: [mso] Printing Address Book List in Outlook 2000
BlankHello,
Is there a way to print my address book list in Outlook 2000? I can't =
find
a print function so wonder if the only way is to take screen shots then
print those.
Thanks for any help.
Diane
