[mso] Re: Printing Outlook Address Book - Export to MS Access

Yep, that is probably the reason. Windows installs OE by default, I cannot
remember if I disabled this or not when I originally installed Windows. I
have these senior moments too...

I don't use any other email program either, Eric.....but since OE is
installed on your computer by default, sometimes Outlook gets set up to
share the address book with Outlook Express and I don't know why.....and
sometimes, like Peter said, this does NOT cause a problem.....but
sometimes it does.....like I said, it's one of them "known issues" with
Microsoft and following the directions in the link Knud sent usually
fixes it

Go figure....it's a Microsoft thing

Linda,

I'm a lot more comfortable with Excel than Access, which is why I was
keen to try this out as it's something new. I'm curious to know what
other program shares my address book... I only use Outlook and nothing
else. Possibly Word shares it by default, AFAIK, I have never used it
with Word or any other program.
