[mso] Re: Printing Outlook Address Book - Export to MS Access

Linda,

I'm a lot more comfortable with Excel than Access, which is why I was keen
to try this out as it's something new. I'm curious to know what other
program shares my address book... I only use Outlook and nothing else.
Possibly Word shares it by default, AFAIK, I have never used it with Word
or any other program.

Eric.....Knud's instructions should fix it for you....the grayed out
Import/Export options is a known issue and is usually fixed by not
sharing the address book between Outlook and another program

But I still think exporting the address book to a csv file and importing
it into Excel is a tad less confusing than importing it into
Access....but that's cuz I'm way more proficient at Excel than Access,
so I guess it depends on which of these two programs you are more
comfortable using

Hi Peter,

I am going to try Knud's advice above, as soon as I have finished with
all my programs currently running (and there are LOTS of 'em, believe
me!)
