[mso] Re: Printing Outlook Address Book - Export to MS Access

Funny, I had a look at the setting in my stand-alone Windows address =
book. ("WAB" from RUN) and mine is set to *SHARE* data. The "DO NOT =
SHARE" is the box that is Unchecked, and the Import/Export in my Outlook =
is NOT grayed out. Very strange!

In any case, I'm sure Linda is right. Excel must be easier to handle for =
most people.

Eric.....Knud's instructions should fix it for you....the grayed out
Import/Export options is a known issue and is usually fixed by not
sharing the address book between Outlook and another program

But I still think exporting the address book to a csv file and importing
it into Excel is a tad less confusing than importing it into
Access....but that's cuz I'm way more proficient at Excel than Access,
so I guess it depends on which of these two programs you are more
comfortable using
