My guess Linda, is that it had little directly to do with Office, rather it was
changing something in the IE engine - which is what Outlook uses for many (if
not all) HTML functions.
Cheers

Thanks for the update, Parker. Wonder what the actual problem was? Guess
Office just doesn't like that program.

I have been pulling my hair out trying to find out why our new Dell PCs =
were having trouble printing HTML e-mails in Outlook, and in some cases =
printing web pages, I have solved the problem. We have been using =
Micrografx Picture Publisher v 10 as our graphics program. On our older =
Windows XP PCs there were no problems. On our newest PCs, however, there =
was a conflict somewhere that would cause Picture Publisher to prevent =
the user from printing HTML e-mails in Outlook when using Office 2000 =
and printing HTML e-mail or web pages when using Office 2003. Once =
Micrografx Picture Publisher 10 was uninstalled, everything worked fine. =
Micrografx was bought last year by Corel and they discontinued Picture =
Publisher, so we are migrating those affected users to Adobe Photoshop =
Elements.
