I don't know if there is a way to do it from within Outlook.
But you can export the contact list to an Excel file and
only export the contact name and email address fields, using
the map custom fields option. =20

Go to File, Import and Export, Export to a File, then select
Excel, click on next, next, name the Excel file, click on
next until you get to a window with a Map Custom Fields
button, click on that, click on clear map, then drag over
from left to right, the fields you want in the Excel file.

Can anyone tell me how I can print email addresses from
Outlook (Office XP)?  I can print the entire contact details
but all I want is the contact name and email address, in a
condensed form, in other words as a straight forward list
and not as if printing on labels.
