[mso] Re: Printing Address Book List in Outlook 2000

I am using Outlook 2000 SR 1 Professional Edition. It is setup as Internet
only. When I select Address Book from the Tools drop down, I have an option
to Print (between Find People & Action) & when I click on File there is an
option to print. If I click on Print (either one) I get the options
mentioned by Rawhide. If I click on Contacts from the folder list, all of
the entries in my address book show up & I can print from the Outlook file
menu. If I click on print from the file menu I get the option to choose
Card Style, Small Booklet Style, Medium Booklet Style, Memo Style or Phone
Directory Style. I am using an HP Deskjet printer.
