When you use Outlook for Internet mail, your addresses are in your
contacts folder and not in a personal address book or Outlook address
book like they are when you use the corporate/workgroup version....from
what you are telling me, Diane, you need to click on Contacts in your
Folder List (View>Folder List)....THEN go to the File menu and select
Print and you will see the various printing styles in there....try a few
and Print Preview them until you find the one you want.

BlankRawhide and Linda,
I will be trying the various methods for exporting an address list. But
I'm still confused about how to print it from within Outlook. Like you,
Linda, I do not have the options mentioned by Rawhide. There is no
Print option in the File menu. And I must admit this whole discussion
has made me realize that I don't understand the difference between a
Contact List and an Address List. Maybe that's part of the
problem...maybe what I'm asking to print is not the same thing that
Rawhide is talking about. When I click on the Address Book icon and the
Address Book window opens with my list in it, it displays "Contacts" in
the "Show Names from the: " field. If I select Outlook Address Book
from the dropdown list in that field, it says "No entries in this
address book."
Any clarification out there?
Diane
