[mso] Re: Printing Address Book List in Outlook 2000

Ok....I had it backwards....sorry, been using Outlook 2002 exclusively
lately and sometimes I get confused...so I just went and fired up my old
machine and looked at Outlook 2002.....it's the Internet Only
installation that has a Print Option in the File menu within the Address
Book....it's the Corporate/Workgroup version that doesn't so you need to
print from the Contacts Folder

Sorry for the confusion

BlankLinda and Mac,

Thank you both for the information...I'm learning by the minute here:)

Linda...I did as you suggested and it works. Thank you! But I'm still
confused about the Contact List vs. Address Book. I am using Outlook
200 SR-1 and have it set up as Corporate or Workgroup. So although what
you told me to do works, your explanation to me sounded as though it was
based on the assumption that I was configured for Internet Mail, not
Corporate or Workgroup.

Mac...perhaps what you and Rawhide see is due to the fact that you have
a Professional Edition? Just a guess in trying to figure out why I
don't see what you do. When I select Address Book from the Tools drop
down, I only have 2 options..."File", and "Options". Selecting either
of those does not give me any printing options.

Diane
