[mso] Re: PowerPoint changing chart shapes

i dont think you can change the shape of a chart column that way. but you
can replace the data series with a single picture or use stacked pictures.
if using a single picture, it is stretched to fit the space. i have done
this in excel and am guessing that the same thing can be done in a
powerpoint chart.

I have a standard column chart on one of my slides with the basic rectangle
shape for the data points. Is it possible to change the shape to one of the
Autoshapes? I've tried selecting the data point and then choosing Change
Autoshape from the Drawing toolbar but none of the shapes are available.
Thank you for any help.
