If your spelling checker works OK in Word and in some of the PP
presentations, the problem is probably with the presentation files. The
language may be independently set for any text selection inside the
presentation, and so you may check it once and find it's english, and not
notice the foreign language setting lower on. I would suggest that you take
one of the presentations which are having the problem, and go through it
checking the spelling. If you click OK when the message is first displayed,
you'll notice that the spelling checker will skip the text that's in the
language it didn't find the checker for (you'll see this because that part
of the text will not get highlighted). It's a slow job but it may just find
the problem text for you.
