Sheesh David, I obviously used the wrong key word in Google and did not see
that when perusing thru the menus at mach 9...no wonder your last name is
SMART! Thank you SOOOO very much! You are a lifesaver...now I can go back
to being right brain/left brain instead of left brain/right
brain...hehe...thank you thank you thank you! I'll Google better next

In the menus - Slide Show / Set Up Show, there is a section entitled
Multiple Monitors. You can select the second monitor there. You can also
tick for a Presenter View on the first screen.
(This is in 2003 - don't know about other versions.)
BTW a simple Google search got me this information in about 30 seconds. :-(
