To which I can only reply that 'Information Technology' encompasses pencil
and paper as well as the most sophisticated computer technology available.
In business terms, if it is quicker and cheaper to do it on a scratch pad,
flip chart or whatever, then that is the best IT solution!

I have not been universally popular in my career as an IT consultant and
trainer for saying this but I know I am right!
