Or use a two-column bulleted list slide (did PPT97 offer that?)....then
put one line of text in each and resize the boxes and move them into the
position you want....then you would have text2, text3, graphic4, and
graphic 5 

The main thing is to make 4 objects instead of 3

Hi Alison,

The easiest way is to put the bullet points inside a shape with no fill
and no line so that you basically have four graphics. Use the 'add text'
function to put the bullet points, you can then set the order however
you wish.
