[mso] Re: PowerPoint 2003 - Apply Design Slide Masters

We figured out what the problem was. Whoever orginally created the
slides did not use any slide layout, but inserted text boxes manually
for titles. Therefore, there is no slide layout to apply. From what
I've been able to figure out, there is no way to actually apply the
slide master, the whole presentation will have to be copy and pasted
into a new presentation, by only copying and pasting the text.

Subject: [mso] PowerPoint 2003 - Apply Design Slide Masters

Have what appears to be problem. We have presentation we were given.
It looks like someone went in and made some formatting changes to the
individual slides. We trying to reapply the slide master formatting to
these slides. Here's what we've tried:

Copying the slides into a new presentation and selection the Use Design
Template Formatting. This didn't work, it retained the old modified
formatting.
We tried selecting a slide layout and the selecting the option, reapply
layout. This didn't work either.

It looks like someone how the slide got disconnected from the slide
master and we can't seem to get it reapplied.

Anyone ever run into this problem and know how to fix it?=20
