[mso] Re: Please Help with Narration on Powerpoint

You just need some sound recording software. Actually, Windows has a sound
recorder -- at least WinXP does. It's found in
Start/Programs/Accessories/Entertainment. If you're using a different
version of Windows, you can poke around and see if there's something already
available. Other than that, you just need a good mike.

You can also check http://www.google.com for keywords sound edit software.
That should turn up a ton of hits.

Save the files as WAV if you want to be able to embed them. MP3 if linking
will be okay.

And I'll repeat my suggestion to insert those sounds every 10 slides or so.
If you do longer increments than that, your sounds are not going to synch
with your slides.

Finally, your boss can record the whole thing in one fell swoop. You can
always use sound editing software to break the sounds up accordingly.

each slide.
