[mso] Pivot Table filtering

Hi All.I am having problems filtering in a pivot table,  I have two page 
fields, say region and customer. If I filter by region I want to see only 
customers in that region, instead the pivot table is displaying customers of 
all regions, I only want to see customers for the region selected in the region 
page field.
 
 Any help please.
