[mso] Picture as background in Excel

Hello All
I have created an invoice in excel and would like to add a picture to the
details section of it. I want the picture to be set as a background so that
text can be written over it, ie to appear as a watermark. It needs to be
over specific cells, not the whole sheet. I am sure that I have done this in
the past but cannot remember how.
