I was able to cut this down to just the text involved. Deleting the picture
and all the other boxes made no difference to the text width.
Turning on Options / View / Text boundaries showed me that the text boundary
matches what you're seeing. But the ruler is saying that the margin is OK.
I tried Format / Columns. This showed a single column with a width of 15.23
cm. That is the width of the text you're getting. I clicked the up spin
button on the Width box and it jumped to 19.05, which is the proper text
width. Clicked OK and the text was back to the correct width.
Somehow your document is set to single-column 15.23 cm, even though this is
supposed to be an impossible setting. You just need to reset the column
width to get it back.
