[mso] Re: Personal Templates

The templates are in the folder but the tab just isn't showing up.

I'm going to wipe out this machine for other reasons, maybe starting over 
will help.

I did notice since installing Expression Web, auto updates seems to think I 
have a newer install of Office.

Microsoft .NET Framework 2.0 Service Pack 1 won't install, it's been trying 
since Mar 3.
