 I'm not sure what you are asking.  Are you asking how to create a temp=
late?  If so, just create the templates that look like the ones your c=
ompany had, then use the Save As feature to save it as a template (.dot). 
Or, if you are asking how to make the tab that says "Company Templates",&nb=
sp; just find your templates folder in Windows Explorer, then create a subf=
older named Company Templates ... then open Word and go to File >New an= d
the Company Templates tab will be there.   (To find out where y= our
templates folder is, in Word go to Tools >Options and click on the = File
Locations tab and look at User Templates.)

screen appears that has tabs. 
Where I worked there was an additional tab added for the company templates.
