Yes Christine...in XP the psts are hidden.

To unhide your hidden files in Windows XP, go into My Computer and click on
the Tools menu and choose Folder Options...in there, click on the View tab
and put a tick where it says to Show Hidden Files and Folders.

Now when you do your search, be sure to use the Search option that includes
hidden files  

FYI...normal.dot is also a hidden file in Windows XP

In Windows XP, I believe the PST folders are considered hidden files,
which may be causing a problem in finding them if searching for *.pst.
I can check when I get home, but I seem to remember having a problem
locating them when I first switched to XP.=20
