Your personal folders are actually a file on your hard drive with a *.pst
extension...by default the name would be Outlook.pst

In Windows XP, the default location for this pst file is 
C:\Documents and Settings\<user name>\Local Settings\Application
Data\Microsoft\Outlook\Outlook.pst
