[mso] Re: Parse MS Word Addresses?

Supposing each person has the same number of data lines in the Word list, one
way to do this is to simply select the whole range of lines and paste it in
Excel as "Paste special -> Text". This will paste the data in each Wordline in
a separate line in the same Excel column.
Then you can select the cells pertaining to each person, copy them and right
click on another cell, select "Paste Special" and on the dialog box that will
open check "Transpose". This will paste each cell as a separate cell in the
same line. Then you select the next person's group, copy, click on the cell
below the first one which was transposed for the previous person, and repeat
the operation.

If the number of names is too large to do this confortably by hand, then you
could paste the data in Excel and write a macro in VBA to do the transposing.
