[mso] Re: Page numbering in a header

Hi Camille

Have a look through your MSO "back-numbers". This was dealt with in an
exchange between Friday 17 March, starting with Andrew Kendon (Subject :
Page numbers in footer (Word 2000) and Saturday 18 March, ending with Dian
D. Chapman saying "This was a bug in the first incarnation of Word 2000.
Apply the updates and it'll be fixed."

Subject: [mso] Page numbering in a header

Hi everyone,

I have a client with a desktop and a laptop both running Word 2000
(v.9.0.2720)... on the desktop, the page numbers 1 of 2 inside a header,
print as 1 of 2, etc... but the same document on the laptop prints 1 of 1,
then 2 of 2, then 3 of 3, etc. Same software... same printer...says the
printer drivers are loaded...

any ideas?

Camille
