Hi Linda, Just got back to my problem from earlier this week and you were right, there was a filter in place so when I removed it I found that I had all my appointments showing from way back, this is great so thank you very much for that information, it makes this list so worthwhile. I sometimes feel guilty that I am not contributing to it more myself but due to the fact that time differences are active here and I am not so knowledgable as some of the questions require I feel rather out of it but have learned a lot at the same time. Open your calendar and go to the View menu>Current View>Customize Current View and see if there's anything written beside View>the "Filter" button...if is says "off" then there are no filters applied to your view...if it says anything else, then there's a filter applied and that could be causing this Linda F. Hi, I have an on-going problem with outlook xp where any old appointments seem to disappear after their time is up. I don't wish to happen and have turned off auto archiving in both the colander properties and the main outlook xp options section. Any ideas. Paul. ************************************************************* You are receiving this mail because you subscribed to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx or MicrosoftOffice@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx To send mail to the group, simply address it to mso@xxxxxxxxxxxxx To Unsubscribe from this group, send an email to mso-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word "unsubscribe" (without the quotes) in the subject line.
